2. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link to your purchased workout guide via the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within a few minutes. If you do not receive your guide within 24 hours, please contact us.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the guide has been downloaded or accessed.

4. How to Request a Refund
